POSITION: Youth Specialist (Part-time)
SALARY: 8.00-12.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the After-School program, with special projects as assigned. ****Great Job for College Students*** Hours: 2:30pm-6:30pm. Looking for Dance, Sports, and Arts Instructors.
Job Functions
- Assist in preparing routine paperwork and other required paperwork for After-School program.
- Facilitates classroom presentations based on specific subject areas and supervisor-approved After-School programs and classes.
- Maintains positive relationship with children, parents, and all school personnel.
- Attends and completes training sessions as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain log of material used and keep accurate information on services implemented, all evaluations, pre and post test and daily attendance of participants.
- Responsible for collection of quarterly report cards and progress reports of students in In-School and After-School programs.
- Drive van and follow all van policies, procedures, and maintain the Van Log.
Job Qualifications
- Possess or have the ability to obtain Class E Driving License (necessary for Hire).
- Undergo Criminal Background Check.
- Experience working with children in group settings and understanding of basic child/teen development.

POSITION: Clinician II
SALARY: 33,000-35,000

POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinician II is responsible for tracking clinical referrals/activities in the identified programs of service. Must be able and skilled to intervene in treatment and/or critical incidents in a safe and supportive manner as well as demonstrate above-average assessment, de-escalation, treatment/action planning, information and referral development, and follow-up skills. Will adhere to departmental and programmatic policies and procedures and participate in ongoing development and training. The Clinician II will incorporate appropriate standards of practice, including evidence-based and culturally competent practice, at all levels of clinical and follow-up interventions.
Job Functions
- Accurately evaluate a wide range of individual and/or family needs and supply appropriate information and/or employ appropriate intervention techniques to resolve an immediate and critical situation. Maintain follow-up on interventions and referrals.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate youth counseling and/or mentoring services, as established by client needs.
- Establish safe milieu (various settings) for client population by providing conflict resolution, problem-solving, and de-escalating critical incidents in appropriate manner.
- Conduct home-based or community-based services as deemed necessary.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate youth counseling and/or mentoring services, as established by client need.
- Other clinical/therapeutic duties within the agency as requested by the Clinical Supervisor.
Job Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in various modes of therapeutic treatment, including case conceptualizations, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Strategic and creative thinker, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to use good judgment in prioritizing work assignments.
Job Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work or related field required.
- Minimum of two years therapy/counseling experience.
- MO Licensure in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology preferred; Minimum MO Provisional Licensure or appropriate certification required.
- Experience working with youth, adults, and families required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, basic statistical software, and Internet required.
