Daruby Call Center Training at Better Family Life

BFL Call Center Graphic Better Family Life’s Workforce Development Department is now offering our newest training initiative, the Daruby Call Center Representative Certification Course at Better Family Life. This is a 6-week course to successfully train and develop customer service professionals.

Information for Students

You will learn:

Call the Daruby School at 314.454.6933 for more information or to set up an appointment for enrollment. Prospective students should take ID and proof of diploma to The Daruby School at the time of their appointment.

Certification: Students will take Pre/Post Assessments and a final Certification Examination. Upon successful completion, students will receive a NRF Customer Service and Sales Certification and will receive interview/placement opportunities with major companies in the St. Louis area.

Information for Employers

Do you need well-trained customer service representatives? We train, you hire, no charge!

Better Family Life, Inc. invites your organization to partner with us as we launch our newest training initiative: Call Center Representative Certification Training at Better Family Life.

This intensive course is designed to train prospective job candidates with prospective job candidates with contact center expectations, develop customer contact communications skills, technical writing skill, and prepare them for successful careers in customer contact-related industries.

This is a no-fee service. We only request that our employers interview our graduates for positions within your company. In addition, your company must be eligible for up to 50% salary reimbursement for six months for each employee hired.

The goal of the training is to change lives by providing optimal training and leadership skills that lead to sustained employment and a “Better Family Life” for those working toward success.

Successful graduates receive a Contact Center Certificate and will be interview-ready. Graduates are provided continuous workplace coaching for sustained employment and reduced attrition. Our program also provides financial literacy, credit counseling, auto financing, first-time homeownership seminars with down payment/closing cost assistance. Drug tests and background checks administered at no cost to employers.
